Important dates:

• Abstracts submission: 28 February 2025
• Acceptance notification: 31 March 2025
• Full paper submission (8 pages maximum): between 15 April and 30 June 2025
• Fees payments: on site at registration from 21 April 2025

The particpation fees are situation dependent and are fixed as:

• Registration for the conference gives access to:Accommodation is under the responsibility of the participant
  • Unlimited access to plenary conferences, oral communications and poster presentations
  • Access to coffee breaks
  • Access to lunch during the days of the conference
  • Access to the gala dinner (additional fees)
  • Access to electronic and paper documents of the conference
